Sister, Series 6

I questioned but yet loved her taste in music,
She had a little bit of soul,
a little bit of jazz
and a little bit of punk in her,
She had the ability to light up a room with her sheepish shy smile,
A warm soul with craft in her hands
And a colorful mind to go with it.
I asked myself where she got such beauty,
Our mother possibly,
Or the different cultures she has adopted to over the years.
All I know is she had a little bit of soul, jazz and the punk in her,
A light that hid too often behind bushes
When all she need be is her beautiful, soulful self
